Money-side walkthrough
Click through the money path I run: stage the work, suggest a category, and have a person on the gate before anything posts.
Step 1 · Stage. Bank activity sits in review. A person signs off before anything posts.
Step 2 · Suggest. A person checks anything the software is unsure about.
Step 3 · Human okay. The owner sees the before-and-after snapshot, then rejects it or approves and posts it. Every step is logged.
Step 4 · Trail. A person posted the batch, the review queue is empty, and the log is locked.
